Air Fryer Subway Meatball Sub

You will love an air fryer subway meatball sub. A lighter and a cheaper version than the typical meatball subs at subway and they taste amazing too.

  • Load your meatballs into the air fryer basket. Then air fry for 8 minutes at 180c/360f.

  • Whilst the meatballs are air frying, load all the tomato sauce ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

  • Pour the tomato sauce into a shallow bowl and then add your meatballs. Mix with a spoon until well coated in tomato sauce.

  • In the air fryer add the part baked bread rolls and slice in half length ways and then cook for 3 minutes at the same temperature.

  • When the air fryer beeps, add 3 meatballs to each bread roll and then top with grated cheese.
