The Ultimate Spicy KFC Chicken Wrap
Welcome to my ultimate spicy KFC chicken wrap recipe.
Place your onion, ginger and garlic in the wok with some olive oil and cook for 3 minutes or until the onion starts to go golden.
Add the chicken and cook for a further 5 minutes or until the chicken in nearly cooked. Add salt and pepper along with tarragon and cook for a further 2 minutes.
Add the KFC spice blend, soft cheese, Greek yoghurt and cook for a further 5 minutes.
Serve with salad or peppers.
You can also use my chicken strips recipe inside a couple of wraps and then it will give you a great alternative with a low calorie breaded option. Rather than this recipe which is more about succulent pieces of chicken with the KFC spice blend in some delicious wraps.
