In a blender place your cauliflower a bit at a time until it has all been blended down into cauliflower rice.
Add the coconut milk, garlic and seasoning and mix well on the high blender setting.
When well mixed transfer to a wok and cook on a medium heat until the cauliflower is piping hot.
Reduce to a simmer and cook for a further 5 minutes.
Serve.

You can use this dish as a base for a lot of meals. We LOVE it for using as a base for a Thai red curry but it just depends what kind of food you like.
