In a mixing bowl add together all the seasonings, the coconut oil and butter and the garlic.
Rub the mixture into both sides of the pork chops and seal in silver foil and fridge for an hour.
Remove them from the silver foil and if there is any spare marinade in the silver foil then rub it over the chops.
Place them on the grill pan inside of the Airfryer and cook for 7 minutes on one side and then 8 minutes on another.
Serve with a garden salad and drizzle with some extra olive oil.

My favourite salad marinade is to mix a tablespoon of white wine vinegar with the same amount in olive oil and then add a pinch of mustard.
