You must make instant pot spaghetti squash. Not only is it a fantastic low carb alternative to spaghetti pasta, but it’s the easiest to cook in the instant pot and never fails to impress.
Add your trivet and then place 2 cups of water (480ml) into the instant pot inner pot.
Add your whole spaghetti squash to the trivet. Place the lid on the instant pot, set the valve to sealing and pressure cook for 10 minutes followed by a full natural pressure release.
Using the handles of the trivet carefully remove your whole spaghetti squash from the instant pot.
Then slice in half lengthways like a melon.
Remove the spaghetti squash seeds and put to one side.
Use a fork to break up the spaghetti squash into veggie spaghetti strands.
Once done load onto a plate and you are ready for serving.

Notes
Trivet. We recommend using a short trivet with handles. It then makes it easy for loading the spaghetti squash in and out of the pressure cooker. Thanks for reading our instant pot spaghetti squash recipe on Recipe This.
