Air Fryer T Bone Steak
The most flavoursome steak you will ever cook in the air fryer. Air fryer t bone steak is fast cooking, its quick prep, and tastes so good you will want to air fry it again and again.
Place your t bone steak on a clean chopping boardand allow it to go up to room temperature.
Season the t bone steak with salt, pepper, and half the sweet paprika and parsley.
Load into the air fryer and cook your t bone steak for 9 minutes at 180c/360f.
Turn the t bone over, season again and air fry for a further 9 minutes at the same temperature.
Then slice it open and it will be cooked to rare to medium.
Turn. It’s important that you do an equal cook on each time. Otherwise your tbone wont be as tender.
Seasoning. Avoid over seasoning your steak otherwise you will lose the amazing natural flavour of the t bone.
Temp. Avoid cooking the steak at a higher temperature otherwise it will dry out and will need much longer to cook in the middle.
