  • Place chocolate into the Thermomix and add in extras such as butter, golden syrup, and vanilla essence.

  • Cook on speed 2 for 5 minutes at a temperature of 75c/165f. Stir and check if it is creamy and well mixed.

  • Once done transfer into a small mixing bowl and use in your baking recipes.

Notes

Creamy. Ours was not quite creamy enough so we added 1tbsp of double cream at the end and did an extra minute on speed 2.
Only. If you want just thermomix melted chocolate then just add chocolate to the pot and follow the same speed, temperature, and time. And check on it from the 3rd minute to see how it is doing.
Break. I recommend you either break up the chocolate into squares first or use the Thermomix mixer to grate the chocolate first.
