The ultimate guide to dehydrated marshmallows in the air fryer. If you want to dry marshmallows and have a dehydrator setting on your air fryer, then this is for you.
Get out your dehydrator accessory and load up the shelves with mini marshmallows. Start at the bottom and work your way up and clip each shelf into place as you do it.
Once the dehydrator is full then load into the Ninja Foodi. Place the air fryer lid down on the Ninja Foodi and set it to the dehydrator setting.
Dehydrate for 6 hours at 55c/130f or until the marshmallows are fully hard and break when you apply force.
Then load into an airtight plastic container and store in a cool place for up to 1 year.
Notes
Hard. Your mini marshmallows are dehydrated when they refuse to bend and are rock hard on touch.Overcrowding. Make sure you don’t have any marshmallows on top of each other and that they are spread out when dehydrating.
