If there is a kitchen gadget that makes the most delicious quiche, it is the pie maker. And today we are showing you how to make the best pie maker quiche with or without pastry.
Crack your eggs into a mixing jug and beat with a fork. Then add in your milk, salt, pepper, and parsley and mix until you get a pale colour.
Roll out your shortcrust pastry and load into your pie maker.
Add in the grated cheese, pour over the egg mixture and finish with halved cherry tomatoes and a sprinkle of basil.
Place the lid down on your pie maker and cook for 8 minutes or until golden.

Variations – This pie maker quiche recipe will work with any of your favourite quiche fillings.
