  • 1 Medium Swede/Rutabaga
  • 3 Tsp Light I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter
  • 1 Tsp Thyme
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  • Place one tablespoon of water in the bottom of your steamer basket.

  • Using a sharp kitchen knife cut off the ends of your swede. Then cut into large slices and cut those large slices into medium cubes. Then add to the steamer basket.
