Ninja Foodi Lamb Pasta Bake
Ninja Foodi Lamb Pasta Bake. How to make a delicious leftover lamb pasta bake using the pressure cooker function and air fryer lid on the Ninja Foodi.
Peel and dice your onion and shred your lamb. Put your lamb to one side and then load the onion and extra virgin olive oil into the Ninja and sauté until the onion starts to soften. Cancel sauté and stir in the garlic.
Load everything else into the Ninja apart from the extra ingredients, stir and make sure all the pasta is submerged.
Pressure cook the Ninja Foodi pasta for 3 minutes, followed by a 4 minute natural pressure release. Then release pressure.
Stir in cream cheese and milk to create a creamy pasta sauce. Stir in the lamb. And also add some extra oregano.
Then sprinkle the top with grated cheese.
Place the air fryer lid down and cook using the air fryer lid for 5 minutes at 200c/400f. Then serve.
Stock. I love to make my own homemade stock, but its personal choice you can use shop bought if you prefer. If you can use a meat stock over a vegetable one as it will create a better flavour.
