Choose which veggies you plan to use and peel and dice them ready for the soup maker.
Load the vegetables into the soup maker, adding the high liquid vegetables first and adding the root vegetables last.
Add a can of tinned tomatoes and a can of salsa to the top with your seasonings if they will fit. If not, you can add them later.
Put the soup maker on the smooth soup setting and when it beeps add in any ingredients left such as more tinned tomatoes and salsa. Or like us we added some fresh spinach at the end too.
Use the blender setting to mix in the extra tomatoes and any extra seasonings.
Load into bowls and storage containers and allow to cool if making ahead for later. Then load into the fridge and reheat as needed.

Notes
Spinach. I love to add in some extra spinach at the end. This wont fit with everything else at the beginning, so I always add it last later on.Size. The size of your soup maker can be a problem. You can make two or three batches, or you can add the extra ingredients later. See the video for adding in the tomatoes later. Thanks for reading our SW speed soup recipe on Recipe This.
