Cob Loaf Ingredients:

  • 1 Medium Cob Loaf
  • 3 Cups Fresh Spinach
  • 300 ml Sour Cream
  • 170 g Philadelphia Cream Cheese
  • 1 Cup Grated Mozzarella Cheese
  • 28 g Grated Cheese topping
  • 1 Tbsp Oregano
  • 1 Tbsp Chives
  • 1 Tbsp Parsley
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  • Place fresh spinach and sour cream into a silicone baking pan or a similar container and air fry for 8 minutes at 180c/360f. This will wilt your spinach and heat up the sour cream.

  • Whilst the air fryer is on, slice the lid off the top of your cob loaf.

  • Then remove the majority of the bread centre.

  • When the air fryer beeps remove the baking pan and add the other ingredients to the container and mix well.

  • Load the filling into the cob loaf and top with the extra 28g of grated cheese.

  • Place into the air fryer basket over a layer of foil and cook for 6 minutes at 200c/400f before serving.
