Place fresh spinach and sour cream into a silicone baking pan or a similar container and air fry for 8 minutes at 180c/360f. This will wilt your spinach and heat up the sour cream.
Whilst the air fryer is on, slice the lid off the top of your cob loaf.
Then remove the majority of the bread centre.
When the air fryer beeps remove the baking pan and add the other ingredients to the container and mix well.
Load the filling into the cob loaf and top with the extra 28g of grated cheese.
Place into the air fryer basket over a layer of foil and cook for 6 minutes at 200c/400f before serving.
