Air Fryer Breakfast Hash. How to cook a sausage potato hash in the air fryer, using a few simple ingredients. Perfect for an easy brunch and so delicious too.
Peel and dice your potatoes and onions and load into a mixing bowl. Add basil, salt, pepper and extra virgin olive oil and mix with your hands.
Load the potatoes and onions into the air fryer. Cut your sausages into quarters and place over the potatoes and onions.
Air fry for 15 minutes on 160c/320f.
When the air fryer beeps, shake the air fryer, then cook for a final 3 minutes at 180c/360f before serving.
Notes
Swaps. You can also swap the seasonings, and swap which sausages you use.
