Notes

Stuffed. We used a stuffed turkey crown and when the turkey is stuffed it increases the cook time. If your turkey is not stuffed reduce the cook time by about 20 minutes.
Size. We used a 2.2kg turkey crown and it just fitted in the Philips Air Fryer XL. If you have a smaller turkey, then I would aim for a total cook time of 45 minutes.
Crown. If you are not familiar with a crown, it is British for a bone in turkey breast.
Turning. It’s important that your turkey crown is turned and that you start breast side down first. This stops you having a dry turkey and stops the turkey from getting very brown on one side and then pale on the other.
Seasoning. We used mixed herbs on our turkey crown. You can swap this for thyme, parsley, or Italian seasoning.
Foil. If your turkey crown is not stuffed, you don’t need the foil. The foil is used to stop the turkey stuffing from escaping when it is breast side up. Or if you would like to add stuffing to your turkey use our air fryer stuffing balls recipe.
