Slow Cooker Gammon In Water. A simple way to cook gammon in the slow cooker with water. Perfect for serving for your Sunday roast, gammon sandwiches and so much more.
On a clean chopping board peel and dice your onion and carrots and clean and dice your celery.
Load the veggies into the slow cooker with half the seasoning and mix.
Score the top of your gammon, add the rest of the seasoning and load over the veggies.
Pour the water down the sides. Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook for 4 hours on high.
When its done allow to rest for about 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Warm. I recommend using warm water from the tap when filling up the slow cooker. This will help speed up the process of cooking the gammon and cold water can add extra cook time.Ahead.
