  • Start by doing your prep. Wash and thinly slice your celery. Peel and thinly dice your carrots, onion, and garlic. Load everything into the slow cooker apart from the frozen peas. Stir well with your hands and place the lid on the slow cooker.

  • Cook on high for 3 hours and then add in your frozen peas and stir.

Notes

Rice. I love to serve my keema curry with my instant pot brown rice. When the slow cooker has 30 minutes left, focus on prepping and cooking your brown rice.
Fatty. If on SW and looking for lowering the fat, I recommend you drain the fat from the meat just before adding in the frozen peas.
