  • Remove the packaging from your chicken thighs and place them into your air fryer basket. Place the air fryer basket into the Ninja cooking pot and rub extra virgin olive oil into the chicken skin and sprinkle with salt, pepper, basil, and mixed herbs.

  • Air fry for 5 minutes at 200c/400f.

  • Remove the air fryer basket and add stock, seasoning and rice into the cooking pot. Stir and make sure no rice is out of the liquid. Place the chicken thighs over the rice and stock and place the lid on your pressure cooker.

  • Pressure cook for 16 minutes, followed by a 5 minute natural pressure release.

  • After the cook time is up and you have released pressure the chicken will have sunk into the rice.
