Air Fryer Oatmeal Cookies. A super simple air fryer cookies recipe to is loaded with rolled oats, traditional cookie ingredients and perfect for baking with the kids. Plus, a fantastic variation to transform your oatmeal cookies into oatmeal crème pies.

  • Place flour and sugar in a bowl and mix. Add in cubed butter. Rub the fat into the flour. Do this with your fingertips until it resembles coarse breadcrumbs. Stir in oats and add everything else but the milk.

  • Stir well with your hands and then add a little milk to make your mixture into a large dough ball.

  • Roll out on a floured worktop with your rolling pin and use cookie cutters and cut to a medium size. Or cut smaller if you plan to make crème pies. Place a layer of foil in your air fryer and add oatmeal cookies in one layer, making sure they are not touching each other.

  • Air fry for 8 minutes at 180c/360f followed by a further 3 minutes at 160c/320f. Allow to cool slightly and then serve with milk.

Pies. If you would like to make oatmeal crème pies then I recommend you go two sizes down on your cookie cutter and then air fry for 5 minutes at 180c followed by 2 minutes at 160c. Then allow them to cool a little before adding cream to one and sticking them together.
