How To Dehydrate Blueberries. Let me show you how easy it is to transform your favourite fresh in season blueberries into a pantry staple that you can enjoy long after the end of blueberry season.
Rinse your blueberries and remove any bad bits. Pat your blueberries dry with kitchen towel and load them onto your shelf.
Spray your blueberries with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with stevia.
Place in the air fryer oven on the top shelf and air fry for 10 hours at 55c/130f.
Allow to cool before transferring to storage containers for later.

Notes
Setting. Note that the air fryer oven has a weird set up. You have to press fruit and then adjust the time up to 55c and then adjust the cook time.Wobbles. I find that as you load your blueberries shelf into your air fryer oven that some of the blueberries fall off and into the bottom of the air fryer oven. Simply put them back on the shelf and carry on as usual. Thanks for reading our dehydrated blueberries recipe on Recipe This. We have many more Air Fryer recipes for you to check out next. Though if you would like more fruit, then I recommend you try our air fryer baked oatmeal.
