Ninja Healthy Teriyaki Sauce
Healthy Teriyaki Sauce. Do you love the thick and creamy Teriyaki sauce that you get at the Chinese and want a healthier version? A Chinese sauce that is free of additives, that is lower in sugar and salt? Then let me introduce you to my teriyaki sauce from scratch.
Healthy Teriyaki Sauce Ingredients:
Peel and dice the potato, ginger, and garlic. Cut your pineapple into cubes.
Place everything into the soup maker.
Cook for 20 minutes on the smooth soup setting.
Allow to cool and then serve.
Seasonings. Avoid adding salt and pepper. You have enough flavour from the Chinese five spice and soy sauce gives you the salt.
Timings. My soup maker has a preset of 30 minutes for a smooth soup. I just stop it after 20 minutes because it is fully cooked by this point.
