Air Fryer Blueberry Muffins. Let me show you how easy it is to make delicious banana oatmeal blueberry muffins using the Ninja blender and the air fryer.
Blueberry Muffins Ingredients:
Peel and chop your banana into thirds and load everything but the blueberries into the blender.
Blend until you have a creamy batter and there are no banana lumps.
Pour the muffin batter into your silicone cups and place in the air fryer.
Add about 4 blueberries into the batter so that they are submerged and then add another 3-4 on top.
Air fry for 12 minutes at 180c/360f and allow to cool before serving.
Swaps. You can swap blueberries for any other berry fruit. Though if you are swapping make sure its cut to the same size.
