Harissa Chicken. Let me show you how easy it is to cook harissa chicken in the air fryer in a similar way to a sheet pan meal or a traybake. Loaded with chicken, baby potatoes, peppers, lemon, and harissa spice, this is one of the easiest ever air fryer dinners.
Slice your peppers and your chicken into strips similar to making chicken fajitas and slice your lemon.
Load everything but the lemon into a mixing bowl and mix well with your hands.
Place the bowl ingredients into the air fryer basket, making sure everything is spread out. Cover the top of the food with lemon slices.
Air fry for 20 minutes at 180c/360f, then stir and turn over your lemon slices. Then cook for a further 5 minutes at 200c/400f.
Notes
Peppers. You can mix and match your peppers. I used a mix of different pepper colours as it gives it that amazing Mediterranean look. You can of course use just one pepper.Stirring. I recommend stirring your harissa chicken traybake. This is because the chicken can stick to the potatoes and veggies and it helps create an even cook.Done. I always find the biggest baby potato, then try it with a fork to see if it is cooked. Because this will be the longest item to cook, if your biggest potato is done, so is everything else. Thanks for reading harissa chicken recipe on Recipe This.
