Instructions

  • Use your julienne peeler or spiralizer to make your zucchini zoodles.
    How To Cook Air Fryer Zucchini Noodles?
  • Load the zucchini into a bowl and toss with the seasonings and the extra virgin olive oil.

  • Air fry for 8 minutes at 180c/360f.

  • Shake the air fryer zoodles, spray with extra virgin olive oil, and cook for a further 5 minutes at 200c/400f.

Notes

Quantities. I did four medium sized zucchinis. You can do the same or less, but note it does shrink a bit during cooking.
Seasonings. You can mix and match your seasonings. We love a Mediterranean mix of flavours, but you could use any dry seasoning.
Leftovers. Because you always end up with a bit of zucchini leftover you can use this for slicing into cubes and then air frying. Or use it to make some our air fryer zucchini pizza slices.
