Burger In A Bowl. A delicious Slimming World burger in a bowl recipe that you can recreate in your air fryer. Loaded with Big Mac classic ingredients such as gherkins, thousand island dressing, lettuce, tomatoes, and hamburger chunks.

Homemade Big Mac Sauce:

Burger Salad:

  • 1/3 Iceberg Lettuce
  • 3 Medium Tomatoes
  • ½ Small Onion
  • 10 Gherkin Slices

Instructions

  • Peel and dice your onion. Put half aside for your salad. Load your burger ingredients into a bowl and make into two burger patty shapes. Place into the air fryer and air fry for 15 minutes on 180c/360f. While the burgers are cooking put your salad together. Wash your lettuce and cut like a big mac. Add a layer of lettuce into your bowl and top with sliced tomatoes, sliced gherkins, and sliced onion.

  • When the air fryer beeps remove the burgers and put to one side to cool. In the meantime, make your burger sauce by combining all sauce ingredients into a bowl and mixing well.

  • When the burgers have cooled, chop into small chunks or separate with your hands. Load the burger chunks onto the salad and drizzle with your big mac sauce.
