Air Fryer Balsamic Chicken & Vegetables
Air Fryer Chicken & Vegetables. This is an easy method for cooking chicken and vegetables together in the air fryer. Tossed in a balsamic marinade, the chicken and veggies are flavoursome, moist, and fast for quick weeknight dinners.
Air Fryer Chicken & Vegetables Ingredients:
- 1 Large Chicken Breast
- 10 Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 Small Zucchini
- 1 Bell Pepper
Half your cherry tomatoes, cut your bell pepper into bite size chunks, cut your zucchini into slices and then into quarters. Slice your chicken breast into chunks.
Place your balsamic ingredients into a bowl and mix. If too watery add in extra honey and if too thick add extra balsamic vinegar.
Toss your chicken and vegetables into the mixing bowl and mix well with your hands until well coated.
Place your chicken and vegetables into the air fryer and air fry for 12 minutes at 180c/360f, stir your chicken and vegetables and cook for a further 5 minutes at 200c/400f before serving.
Leftovers. I made this balsamic chicken recipe from leftovers. It was one leftover chicken breast and a mix of summer veggies. I also used the equivalent of one bell pepper via different coloured ones that I had in.
