Air Fryer Bacon Aioli

Bacon Aioli. This is an easy method for making your own homemade bacon aioli using the air fryer. Loaded with air fryer bacon, fresh garlic, and mayonnaise, this is the best air fryer dip you will ever make.

  • Place peeled garlic cloves and diced bacon into the air fryer basket. Spray with extra virgin olive oil. Cook for 6 minutes at 180c/360f.

  • When the air fryer beeps load 75% of the bacon into a blender with the garlic, mayonnaise, lemon rind and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.

Notes

Fix. If you try it and think that there is way too much garlic, or it’s got too much lemon, then add in extra mayonnaise and blend and it will improve the flavour.
Seasonings. Because you have the strong flavours of bacon, lemon, and garlic, you really don’t need much seasoning.
Leftovers. I make aioli the most when I have spare bacon bits and lots of spare garlic. You can do the same thing or take this with you for a potluck.
