  • Peel and dice your butternut squash into cubes and load into the soup maker.

  • Add everything but the cheese into the soup maker and press sauce and cook for 30 minutes.

  • When it beeps add in the soft cheese and blend until smooth. Then let it sit for 10 minutes and it will naturally thicken up.

Spare. I had cooked some rump steak the day before and I had some spare from the end of the rump steak that wouldn’t fit in the air fryer. I cut it up into tiny chunks and cooked it and then added it to the soup maker. It made it more flavoursome but this is totally optional.
Quantities. When I originally made my steak sauce, I added way too many peppercorns and it was too spicy. I have found that half a teaspoon is a great amount. You can also add them in at the end of cooking rather than having them blended into the sauce.
