Air Fryer Frozen Slimming World Chips
Frozen Slimming World Chips. I put Slimming World’s syn free frozen chips to the test in the air fryer. This is how to cook your favourite frozen chips in the air fryer but keeping them syn free.
Slimming World Chips Ingredients:
- 500 g Frozen Slimming World Syn Free Chips
- Salt & Vinegar
Load into the air fryer basket your frozen slimming world chips. Air fry for 12 minutes at 160c/320f.
When the air fryer beeps load your chips into a mixing bowl and toss in salt and vinegar.
Air fry for a further 5 minutes at 200c/400f to make your chips crispy.
Oil. If you want a little oil then swap salt and vinegar for 1tsp of extra virgin olive oil. But NEVER use frylight or other sprays in the air fryer as it ruins them.
Quantities. I used 1tsp of vinegar to toss the chips in and then same again for seasoning them at the end. Use the same amount of salt you would use when making regular chips.
