Ninja Foodi Chicken Wings. How to cook Ninja Foodi Chicken Wings (fresh or frozen) at home using your Ninja Foodi air fryer. Enjoy tender and crispy chicken wings that are easy to prep, taste delicious and are ideal for a quick Ninja appetizer.
Ninja Foodi Wings Ingredients:
Place chicken wings in the air fryer basket. Place the air fryer lid on and set the cook time to 20 minutes and the temperature to 200c/400f.
After 10 minutes lift up the lid and using kitchen tongs turn the chicken wings so that you can crisp up the other side. Then cook for the last 10 minutes.
Crispy. If your chicken wings are not crispy enough spray with some extra virgin olive oil and cook for a further 3 minutes.
Frozen. If cooking frozen chicken wings cook for 10 minutes at 160c/320f, separate and turn, then cook for a further 12 minutes at 180c/360f. Note that it needs a lower temperature to allow your chicken wings to thaw and not get dry.
Brush. If you have extra sauce, brush it over your chicken wings after cooking.
