  • Peel your garlic cloves and chop them in half, chop your fresh mint and give it a clean.

  • Place in the soup maker with everything else. Place on the chunky soup setting for 30 minutes and then after 15 minutes turn off the soup maker.

Notes

Garlic. No need to mince your garlic, your soup maker will blend your soup and do the garlic as it blends. Saves you a garlic mincing job!
Stock. I often have some stock left in the freezer from another soup, if you don’t just mix water with extra mint, thyme and rosemary.
