Slimming World Hummus In The Soup Maker
Slimming World Hummus. Let me show you how simple it is to make a Slimming World Hummus in the soup maker. This homemade garlic and pepper hummus recipe is so easy to make at home and tastes delicious.
Slimming World Hummus Ingredients:
- 1260 g Cans Chickpeas
- ½ Yellow Pepper
- ½ Small Onion
- 2 Garlic Cloves peeled and halved
- 1 Medium Lemon juice only
- 1 Tsp Tahini optional
- 1 Tsp Cumin
- 2 Tsp Paprika
- Salt & Pepper
Place diced yellow pepper, diced onion, and halved garlic cloves into the air fryer basket. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes at 180c/360f.
When the air fryer beeps load the contents into the soup maker. Along with the seasonings, tahini, and lemon juice.
Add 1 can of chickpeas including the juice. Then add 1.5 cans of chickpeas that have been drained.
Blend on low for about 3 minutes until smooth.
Sprinkle with remaining chickpeas and serve with carrot and cucumber sticks.
Peppers. You can use any colour of peppers. Whatever you have in and also mix it up if you have fridge leftovers.
Lemon. To make it stronger in lemon add the rind from the lemon as well as the juice.
