Bread Machine Dinner Rolls
Bread Machine Dinner Rolls. The best bread machine dinner roll recipe. Teaching you how to make bread rolls in a bread maker. These dinner rolls are soft, delicious, easy, and a true time saver. Make the dinner rolls dough in the bread maker and then cook them in the air fryer.
Bread Machine Dinner Rolls Ingredients:
Place 200ml of water into the bottom of your bread maker as it will stop it sticking. Place all other ingredients into the bread maker apart from the yeast. Then sprinkle the yeast over the top of the ingredients.
Place the lid on the bread maker and press the dough setting. It will then make the bread rolls dough and take approximately 23 minutes including proving the bread for you. When it is done, and it has beeped, place the bread rolls dough onto a clean worktop.
Sprinkle it with flour, flour a rolling pin (so that it doesn’t stick) and roll out your bread roll dough. Make your bread dough into bread rolls.
Air Fryer. I recommend the air fryer for cooking your bread machine rolls. You can follow our air fryer pull apart bread recipe.
Egg Wash. Its totally optional (or you can use olive oil spray) to brush the tops and the sides of the bread buns when you air fry them. I love to do it for the golden glow.
Proving. Note that if left for too long, the bread dough will continue to prove. So aim to cook your bread straight after the bread machine beeps.
Freezing. If you want to save for later then you can. Load them onto a sheet pan and place in the freezer, once cooked and cool. Then after an hour in the freezer move to freezer bags. By doing it like this it will stop the bread rolls from sticking together. Then you can grab one at a time out of the freezer.
