Air Fryer Sweet Potato Slices
Air Fryer Sweet Potato Slices. How to cook delicious crispy sweet potato slices in the air fryer. Ideal for a quick snack or a quick side dish or for loading on top of a comforting casserole.
Air Fryer Sweet Potato Slices Ingredients:
Peel and slice your sweet potatoes into medium slices.
Load your sweet potatoes into a bowl with your seasonings and extra virgin olive oil and use your hands to thoroughly mix them.
Load the sweet potato slices into the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes at 180c/360f.
Shake the air fryer basket, check with a fork that your potatoes are cooked and cook for a further 10 minutes at 200c/400f.
Serve and enjoy
Seasonings. You can mix and match your seasonings depending on what you are serving with your sweet potato slices. For example, rosemary goes very well with them, especially when served with our air fryer lamb chops.
Shake. I recommend you shake the sweet potatoes when you change the cooking temperature. This is because the sweet potato slices can stick together, and it will stop the sweet potato slices from getting crispy.
