Air Fryer Sweet Potato Cubes
Air Fryer Sweet Potato Cubes. Cooking sweet potatoes in air fryer doesn’t get any better than air fryer sweet potato cubes. They can be meal prepped ahead, they cook fast, they taste delicious and best of all they have the perfect crispy texture thanks to the air fryer.
Air Fryer Sweet Potato Cubes Ingredients:
Peel and slice your sweet potatoes into chunks cubes, or roasted potatoes.
Load your sweet potatoes into a bowl with your seasonings and extra virgin olive oil and use your hands to thoroughly mix them.
Load the sweet potato cubes into the air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes at 160c/320f.
Shake the air fryer basket, check with a fork that your potatoes are cooked and cook for a further 5 minutes at 200c/400f.
Serve and enjoy.
Seasonings. You can mix and match your seasonings depending on what you are serving with your sweet potatoes. For example, I love sage and mixed herbs if serving the sweet potatoes with a roast dinner.
Crispy. If the sweet potato cubes are not crispy enough, then I recommend an olive oil spray bottle and giving your sweet potatoes a spray when changing the temperature.
