Slice and dice your butternut squash. Load into the soup maker with your preferred vegetable stock and seasoning. Place the lid on your soup maker and cook for 28-30 minutes.
Blend your sauce once the soup maker beeps.
Remove the lid add in cheese and cream and extra seasoning if required.
Give it a good stir and serve over your favourite food or if the cheese hasn’t melted properly give it a quick pulse on the soup maker blender.

Quantity. Even though the cheese quantity might seem high for SW or WW, note that this is enough cheese sauce to do two big family dinners. So, imagine that you are dividing the cheese allowance between 8 for your serving size. Also note, that if you want more mature cheddar then you can swap the Philadelphia for quark or fromage frais.Swaps. Mix and match whichever cream you want. You can use quark, fromage frais, natural yoghurt, or light soft cheese. You can also add in a little milk if the sauce is too thick. As well as this you can use whichever cheese you want.Freezer. Load into freezer containers once cool. Then freeze for up to 3 months.
