Slow Cooker Full English Breakfast. How to make a delicious slow cooker breakfast that is like your favourite breakfast in a can. Can be made ahead and cooked overnight, can also be Slimming World friendly. This English breakfast is also a money saver and includes our number #1 leftovers hack.
Load sausages into your slow cooker and sauté in the slow cooker until your sausages have started to brown. While they sauté chop up your bacon into bacon bits and sauté for a further 2-3 minutes. Drain any excess fat from the slow cooker.
Slice your sausages into quarters, slice your mushrooms in half and dump into the slow cooker with your baked beans. Season with salt and pepper and mix.
Slice your hash browns in half and load on top of your breakfast ingredients. Slow cook for 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high.
Stir in the hash browns add grated cheese and serve.
Notes
Quantity. This makes a big English breakfast and I recommend you freeze the second half or reheat it for the next day.Ramekins. We had a small amount of leftovers after 2 meals. What I did was load some of the leftovers into ramekins and air fried them for about 4 minutes at 160c/320f. It was perfect for the kids. What you can do is after meal 1 load into ramekins and fridge them overnight. Then a quick reheat the next day.
