Air Fryer Mug Cake. How to make a mug cake easy from scratch. This is the ultra lazy way to enjoy an air fryer mug cake. Hardly any washing up, easy to prep and then a fast air fryer cook time. Ideal for late night chocolate cravings when you don’t want to make much of an effort.
Into two ramekins add squares of chocolate along with your butter and honey.
Place in the air fryer and cook for 2 minutes at 120c/250f to melt the chocolate.
Stir and add in Greek yoghurt. It will now be lovely and creamy. Then add in your second lot of chocolate which will be crushed. Stir well.
Add in self raising flour and cocoa powder or vanilla if you are using it. Stir well.
Cook for 10 minutes at 180c/360f and enjoy!

Measurements. I have used tablespoons so that you can avoid having to weigh out ingredients.Swap. I used Dairy Milk in this recipe, but you can swap with your favourite chocolate. As long as the chocolate melts well.Portions. This mug cake is for 2 ramekins and you can adjust for how many people you are feeding.Optional. To make it a little more chocolatey you can also add in a little cocoa powder. It makes it richer and gives it a taste similar to shop bought muffins. Important. Always use self raising flour.
