Air Fryer Doughnuts Ingredients:
Remove your doughnut dough from the bread maker and roll out on a floured worktop. Add a little extra flour to the rolling pin to prevent it sticking.
Using your biscuit cutters cut out the big doughnut shapes. Then cut out using a smaller cutter the doughnut holes. Put the doughnut holes to one side.
Load up to 4 doughnuts into the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes at 180c/360. Though after 4 minutes spray with extra virgin olive oil to help with the golden glow.
Mix milk and icing sugar together in a bowl until you have a thick glaze. Add food colouring or separate into ramekins if doing different coloured doughnuts. Sprinkle with 100’s and 1000’s and eat.
Quantity. We found that our bread maker doughnut dough made 7 doughnuts. I am sure you could squeeze 8 out of it if you wanted to by making a ball out of your doughnut rolls and rolling it out.
