Air Fryer Sausage Rolls Ingredients:
Start by making your pie crust. Add mixed herbs into the crust to give it a better flavour. Roll out onto a clean worktop or onto a chopping board.
Roll out your pastry and add a long layer of sausage meat. Egg wash the sides and then roll it up and smother in egg wash. Trim any loose ends.
Place your sausage roll in the air fryer.
Air fry for 10 minutes at 200c/400f and serve.

Foil. A good trick is to use a layer of foil in the air fryer and then it will keep your air fryer clean.
