Notes
Sirloin Steak Size. Note that my sirloin steaks weighed 250g each and to adjust the cook time if yours are bigger or smaller.Surf & Turf. I love a surf and turf and usually add in a handful of shrimp to the air fryer to serve with my steak. If you would like to do the same add the shrimp when you turn your steak, otherwise the shrimp will be overcooked.Garlic Shrimp. If you like garlic butter shrimp, toss it in spare garlic butter before cooking. They will have the wow factor.Quality Steak. If you are looking for a quality steak to cook in the air fryer, I recommend Butcher Box. Their steaks come to you frozen and you can remove the packaging and load the steak straight into the air fryer. Thanks for reading our air fryer frozen steak recipe on Recipe This.
