Air Fryer Sweet & Sour Chicken Balls. How to cook your favourite take out style Chinese sweet and sour chicken balls from frozen in the air fryer. Beautifully crispy, never dry, and perfect for a Chinese fakeaway.
Load frozen sweet and sour chicken balls into the air fryer basket.
Cook for 8 minutes at a temperature of 180c/360f.
Shake the air fryer chicken balls and place the sweet and sour sachet in the air fryer too.
Spray a little olive oil onto your chicken balls.
Cook for a further 4 minutes at 200c/400f to help make your chicken balls crispier.
Serve with your sweet and sour sauce.

It is optional adding olive oil to your chicken balls. It stops them from looking so anaemic and makes them a little crispier. By adding the sweet and sour sauce sachet for the last 4 minutes it defrosts it for you and warms it up. Making it perfect for when your chicken balls are cooked.
