Air Fryer Sweet & Sour Chicken Recipe Ingredients:

  • Load frozen sweet and sour chicken balls into the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 8 minutes at a temperature of 180c/360f.
  • Shake the air fryer chicken balls and place the sweet and sour sachet in the air fryer too.
  • Spray a little olive oil onto your chicken balls.
  • Cook for a further 4 minutes at 200c/400f to help make your chicken balls crispier.
  • Serve with your sweet and sour sauce.

It is optional adding olive oil to your chicken balls. It stops them from looking so anaemic and makes them a little crispier.
By adding the sweet and sour sauce sachet for the last 4 minutes it defrosts it for you and warms it up. Making it perfect for when your chicken balls are cooked.
