Air Fryer Chicken Thighs & Potatoes
Air Fryer Chicken Thighs and Potatoes. How to cook your favourite air fryer chicken thighs and potatoes together for a quick air fryer weekday meal. Easy prep air fryer healthy dinner that is on the dining table in JUST 25 minutes.
Air Fryer Chicken Thighs Ingredients:
Slice your potatoes into either chunks or small slices. Load into a bowl and toss in extra virgin olive oil. Season with salt, pepper and oregano.
Place the potatoes into your air fryer basket.
In a little bowl mix together garlic, mustard and honey.
Brush the skin of your chicken thighs with the marinade and season with salt and pepper too. Add a sprinkle of oregano.
Load the chicken thighs over the potatoes with skin side up and cook for 180c/360f for 15 minutes.
Shake the basket so that the potatoes don’t become stuck to the basket. Turn the chicken thighs over so that skin side is now down.
Cook for a further 10 minutes at 160c/320f.
Mix and match the marinade for your taste. I also love peri peri chicken thighs or lemon pepper.
Do check the chicken thighs at the thickest point to double check it is fully cooked.
