Instructions

  • Load a can of coconut milk into your ice cream maker.
  • Add quartered bananas to it.
  • Load it with half your maple syrup or other sweetener.
  • Let it churn for 35 minutes.
  • Add in the rest of your maple syrup and let it churn for 5 more minutes.
  • Freeze for later.
  • Then serve with extra maple syrup.

Notes

You can mix and match and can either use canned coconut milk or the equivalent of dried coconut milk.
You can mix and match with your sweetener. I prefer maple syrup but you can use honey or stevia if you prefer.
