Air Fryer Grilled Chicken Ingredients:

  • Dice the chicken into medium size kebab chunks.
  • Load into a mixing bowl all ingredients and mix well with your hands.
  • Cover with cling film and marinade in the fridge for a couple of hours.
  • Load onto kebab skewers and place into the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 15 minutes at 190c/375f and serve.

You can also use cubed pork, shrimp or turkey instead of chicken.
Garlic that has been minced or pureed works best as it sticks to the chicken and gives it that wonderful garlic and lemon balance.
