Blender Healthy Smoothie Lollies
Smoothie Lollies. How to make delicious, refreshing, addictive, healthy smoothie lollies using your blender. Easy to make and perfect for using up leftover fruit with pantry staples.
Smoothie Lollies Ingredients:
- 1 Large Banana
- 450 ml Coconut Milk
- 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 50 g Fresh Blueberries
- 50 g Fresh Mango
- 50 g Fresh Strawberries
- 50 g Fresh Kiwi
Load sliced banana, a can of coconut milk and maple syrup into a blender and blend until smooth.
Separate into 4 equal amounts, keeping one in the blender.
Add a fruit into the blender, blend, pour, clean the blender and repeat the process until you have done your four layers.
You can also have the fruit layers in any order and choose any fruit.
Freeze for 3-4 hours and serve.
I recommend cleaning the blender with a little water between each fruit. Otherwise the colours will end up mixed and it wont look as good.
You can swap maple syrup for honey or stevia. You can also swap coconut milk for Greek yoghurt, fromage frais or quark.
