Mango Avocado Smoothie Ingredients:

  • Load sliced banana, a can of coconut milk and maple syrup into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Remove half into a separate container for now.
  • Add sliced mango into the blender and blend until smooth.
  • Load into smoothie cups.
  • Clean the blender enough to remove the green avocado marks.
  • Load sliced mango into the blender with the spare base mix that you put to one side earlier.
  • Pour the mango mixture over the avocado mixture and then serve.
  • Add in any extra ingredients such as frozen fruit and blend again.

If you would like to make your smoothie into popsicles pour into popsicle moulds instead of into your smoothie containers. Or make extra mango to have a bit of both.
