Air Fryer Cherry Tomato Salad

Air Fryer Cherry Tomato Salad. Delicious cherry tomatoes tossed in extra virgin olive oil, sea salt and basil. Warmed up in the air fryer and then loaded with mozzarella cheese balls for the most amazing air fryer tomato salad. Perfect for potluck, side dishes, picnics and so much more.

Instructions

  • Cut in half about 70% of your cherry tomatoes. Load all the cherry tomatoes into a mixing bowl along with the dried basil and extra virgin olive oil.
  • Mix well with your hands and load into the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 5 minutes at 160c/320f.
  • Once warmed up load your air fryer cherry tomatoes into a salad bowl.
  • Add in thinly shredded fresh basil and mini mozzarella cheese balls.
  • Mix and serve or store into containers for later.

This cherry tomato salad is enough for 3-4 people. If feeding a crowd, I recommend multiplying.
I like to keep some cherry tomatoes whole and some halved. Its personal choice if you want to cut all your cherry tomatoes or not.
