Easy Air Fryer Omelette Recipe. How to air fry an omelette quickly and easily without hardly any washing up. Perfect for busy mornings and easy to mix and match this air fryer omelette with your favourite omelette fillings.

  • 3 Medium Eggs
  • 2 Tbsp Milk

Instructions

  • Crack 3 medium/large eggs into the air fryer baking pan. Add the milk and whisk well with a silicone whisk. Chop up your peppers and any other add ins and load them into your baking pan.

  • Place the baking pan into the air fryer basket and cook for 9 minutes at 180c/360f.

Notes

It must be a silicone whisk otherwise you will ruin the non-stick of your air fryer baking pan.
If you leave your omelette cooked in a closed air fryer basket, it will stay warm for up to an hour.
You can also add in meats. My favourite is some leftover cooked chicken. Just make sure any meat you add in is cooked.
If you plan to use fresh tomatoes as add ins, don’t use milk in the recipe. As otherwise it will be too wet.
For our mixed peppers – we had a yellow, a red and a green. We used a mix of the three, though you can use any colour.
