Air Fryer Frozen Cauliflower. How to cook air fryer roasted frozen cauliflower. We cooked air fryer cauliflower, along with other vegetables from frozen and are here to show you the results, including the best way to cook frozen vegetables in an air fryer.
Air Fryer Frozen Cauliflower Ingredients:
Pour a cup of water into your instant pot inner pot.
Add in your steamer basket and load up your steamer basket with frozen cauliflower.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place the lid on the instant pot, set the valve to sealing and cook for zero minutes.
Quickly release pressure when it beeps and load your drained frozen cauliflower into the air fryer basket.
Season with more salt and pepper.
Spray with extra virgin olive oil to help crisp up the cauliflower.
Cook for 6 minutes on 180c/360f.
If the cauliflower is not crispy enough for you, cook for a further 2-4 minutes on 200c/400f until it hits your desired crunch.
We found that when our cauliflower was small florets that 6 minutes were perfect. But on a second round of bigger florets we cooked them for 8 minutes.
Want blackened cauliflower? Crisp in the air fryer at 200c/400f for 10 minutes instead of the recommend 6.
If you like parmesan on your cauliflower add it for the last 2 minutes of cooking time.
Make sure you are quick when manually releasing pressure and that you remove the cauliflower from the instant pot straight away. Otherwise the cauliflower will continue to cook and you will end up with mushy cauliflower.
